Services
We offer pre-purchase (general) home inspections and other inspection services in Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough and Hernando counties, including the major cities of Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg as well as Spring Hill, Hudson, Palm Harbor and Tarpon Springs. When in the process of purchasing a new home there are several items that need to be considered. In order to avoid any future surprises after the purchase of your home, our comprehensive and meticulous inspections will include the following items: exterior, windows, doors, foundation, roof, interior, plumbing, heating and electrical systems. A thorough report will be provided on the present condition of your prospective home at the time of the inspection and will include a detailed notation of any observed deficiencies or issues found during the inspection.

Four Point Inspection
Requirements for the Four Point Inspection are carrier specific and are typically required for all new homeowner policies if the home is 25 years or older. While performing a Four Point Inspection we will inspect and document the estimated age and condition of the following components: roof, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. These items aren’t required to be new but they should not have passed their estimated life expectancy. There are certain types of electrical panels and plumbing materials that may have issues that cause concerns. A thorough inspection will be performed on these items to determine if there are any potential hazards at the time of inspection.
